Argent Financial Group and its associated companies are staffed with a team of over eighty professionals which includes persons with legal, accounting, investment, business management, banking, insurance, financial planning, and data processing backgrounds.

Argent Financial Group is organized along business lines and geographically. Each business line manager and each regional office manager has numerous years of financial services experience.

Approximately forty of Argent's fifty stockholders are staff members. No institution currently owns any common stock of Argent Financial Group, Inc.

• Bobby E. Jelks, CPA, Argent Chairman. Mr. Jelks is the president of Franks Management Company, LLC and is a former partner in KPMG, LLP.

• D. Kyle McDonald, Argent President & CEO, Vice Chairman. Mr. McDonald is the founder of Argent and has served as its only President & CEO.

• Edward J. Crawford, III. Mr. Crawford is the managing partner of Atco Investments, LLC, among other interests.

• J. Richard Love, D. Min. Dr. Love is the Senior Staff Pastor of Christ Community Church of Ruston

• Rand H. Falbaum. Mr. Falbaum is President and CEO of Gordon, Inc., among other interests.

• Michael R. Jones. Mr. Jones serves as Managing Director, Investment Services for Argent Advisors, Inc.

• R. D. “Mickey” Mays, Argent Chief Operating Officer
