Argent Fiduciary Consulting Services (AFCS) answered the need for fiduciary consulting for Argent Financial Group. Robert Barrett began this venture by consulting on the fiduciary auditing requirements for the nationally chartered trust company.
Additionally, Robert led the Argent compliance staff through the rigorous audit conducted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on the trust department's national operation which consists of divisions in eight states. He did this through establishment of a formal auditing program, formal compliance program and overall risk management program for the trust company.
With the formal programs established and the appropriate staff trained, Robert now offers his expertise in fiduciary auditing, compliance, training and risk management to firms across the United States.
Robert is part of AFCS, which is an LLC of Argent Financial Group, Inc., a $1 billion company with specific expertise and experience in trust and investment arenas.
